01What does it actually do?
It helps lift pet hair off fabric. You roll it forward across the surface and the hair collects inside the body of the tool. When it fills up, you open it, empty it, and carry on.
02Do I need refills or sticky sheets?
No. There is nothing to buy again and nothing to throw away. Empty it and use it the next day.
03Where can I use it?
Sofas, armchairs, bedding, cushions, clothing and car seats — the fabric surfaces fur tends to find first.
04Will it get every single hair?
No, and we would not claim otherwise. It helps lift pet hair off fabric, and how much comes up depends on the surface, the coat and how deeply the hair has worked into the weave.
05How do I clean it?
Open the body, tip out the collected hair, and close it again. Wipe the outside down if it needs it.
06Which colour should I pick?
It comes in Pink, Yellow and Sherbet. They are identical apart from the colour, so pick the one you would not mind leaving out on the sofa.
07How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will see the full cost before you pay — never after.
08What if I change my mind?
There is a 30-day return window. Get in touch before sending anything back and we will talk you through it.
