Shipping costs are shown during checkout, before payment — so you can review the delivery cost before you pay, never after.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, available carrier options, and current shipping rates. The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.

Order processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on inventory, carrier delays and your location. Tracking will be provided when available.

Delivery notes

Estimated delivery timing can change due to holidays, weather, shipping congestion, or inventory movement. FURL is not responsible for delays once a package is in transit with a carrier.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. FURL is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information entered at checkout.
